A complaint may submit any client whose order was made in violation of the order or received faulty goods.

Consumers are required to check the conformity of the goods with the order in terms of its quality and quantity within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods. The date of receipt of goods are treated the day of its delivery by courier / other chosen by the parties to the headquarters of the postal operator ordering the goods specified in the order content. Complaint submitted after the 7-day period following the date of receipt of goods will not be taking into account.
